DONATIONS NEEDED
The Volunteer Farm needs your help.  We have been receiving fewer donations, while the numbers of hungry people have grown about 30 percent in the last six months.  The economy is affecting many people, including our farm.  If you can make a cash donation, now is the time to do it.  Or, if you wish, you can make a "donation in kind" by giving us your auto, truck, tractor, or anything else of value.  We will use it on the farm, or sell your vehicle to raise cash.  Either way, you receive a nice tax deduction, because we are a 501 (c) 3 charity.  Help your hungry neighbors by supporting the Volunteer Farm, serving 25 counties and 9 cities on both sides of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Office

Welcome to the

Volunteer Farm

Every time you visit the Farm, please first stop by the Office to register.  First time volunteers sign the Liability Waiver.  (Those under 18 need to have a parent or guardian sign the form in advance, if the adult is not accompanying the young volunteer to the farm.)  Then every time after the first visit, a volunteer will sign a simple sign-in sheet, attesting to the fact that a Liability Waiver Form is on file in the office.  Thanks for your help.
