The Volunteer Farm is the first and best known program of the World Foundation for Children (WFC), a global charity established in 2004.  The Mission Statement on this web outlines the dreams of the WFC and provides the basis for our Children's Aid programs in the U. S. and around the world.. 

This is a new section, designed to help you find worthy charities.  This section will help you view various opportunities to help children and then you can select one or more favorites for donations.  All grant opportunities featured in this section have been carefully screened by the World Foundation for Children, and we have included notes on our visits as appropriate.  In some cases we have established partnerships with other organizaitons, since the tasks may be too great for one organization.  While we have taken steps to avoid fraud or mis-use of grant funds, such unethical practices prevail in some segments of the non-profit world, especially by the government officials in parts of the globe.

You may donate as much or as little as you can afford to one or more causes as frequently as you wish.  If you decide to make a contribution to the World Foundation for Children, and do not specify a specific cause, your donation will be used for the most important needs as decided by the Foundation.  If you wish to donate to a specific cause, make your donation to the World Foundation for Children and specify the desired cause by the code number, such as Haiti001-08.  In all cases, we will attempt to follow your instructions one each donation.
